Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 1-3 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with.
For deliveries within Greece, expect your order from 1-3 business days. As for European and International tracked shipments, expect a 10-15 business day delivery time if Hellenic Post is the transportation company you choose. If you choose the suggested DHL express shipping option, delivery time minimizes to 2-7 business days.
Our shop will not be held responsible for lost goods or returned to our premises, if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
Cash on delivery is a payment method that works only for domestic shipments ( within Greece ), it is handled by ELTA courier and it has an extra cost of 5€. Delivery Policies

If there is any damage on the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Rates for Domestic shipments are automatically calculated through our eshop based on the weight of your order’s package.
An extra cost of 5 euros is added when Cash on Delivery is the chosen payment method. All of our " Cash on Delivery" shipments are handled with ELTA courier transportation company. This cost will always be charged for this payment method, regardless the FREE SHIPPING offer.

Return Policies
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order, to return it.
Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
You have to make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
Shipping Cost of returned orders are handled by the customer.
