Typical to most Greek houses during the 20th-century terrazzo floor and wall treatment found its popularity as a beautiful solution due to a vast color palette, low maintenance, durability and, heritage. The terrazzo technique consists of chips of marble, glass and other materials embedded in cement, and then sanded, smoothed and polished.
